Drawn to the inconsequential, insignificant details in the crossover spaces between our urban and natural environments, my work encourages us to pause and take note of the small things, in the places that surround and shape us. I actually found a piece of plastic netting in a puddle in Princes Street Gardens whilst out walking, this texture was exposed directly to the screen and is printed in neon yellow here.

There was a real sense of curiosity and experimentation with my approach to this body of work.
